  • 100 grams chicken ham
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  2. Add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon and chicken ham until browned.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until set.
  5. Flip to cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with bread or salad.
