- 1 cup grated apple
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated apple, breadcrumbs, chopped sage, egg, salt, and pepper.
