  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Press mixture into a baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, combine chopped apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Spread this mixture over the crust.
  5. Top with shredded coconut and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
