- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble until cooked through.
- Add in the cheese and chopped bacon, stirring until the cheese melts.
