Baked Eggs Napoleon

An indulgent dish featuring layers of baked eggs, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté the chicken ham until heated through.
  4. Layer the cooked bacon and ham in a baking dish.
  5. Crack the eggs on top.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.

Notes

  • Serve hot for the best flavor.
  • Can substitute bacon with other meats if desired.
