Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of a donut.
