Banana Oatmeal Bars

Delicious Banana Oatmeal Bars that are easy to make and packed with nutrients.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the rolled oats, honey, almond butter, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. If using, stir in the chopped nuts.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Store bars in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • These bars can also be frozen for longer storage.
