  • 1 loaf brioche bread
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the brioche bread into cubes and layer half in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries over the bread.
  5. Top with the remaining bread cubes.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and berries.
  8. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
