  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until lightly browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
  5. Unroll the crescent rolls onto a baking sheet.
  6. Spread a layer of cream cheese on each crescent roll, then add the egg and meat mixture.
  7. Roll up the crescent rolls and place them seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
