- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the granulated sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and melted butter until well combined.
- Add in 2 eggs and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
