  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the granulated sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Add in 2 eggs and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  5. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Add in the egg and sour cream, mix until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool before removing from the springform pan.
