Caesar Deviled Eggs

Enjoy a healthier version of a classic appetizer with these delicious Caesar Deviled Eggs, enhanced with turkey bacon for an extra twist.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, turkey bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  4. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Chill before serving.

Notes

  • For a twist, add chopped anchovies for extra flavor.
  • Adjust the seasoning according to taste.
