- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, turkey bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pipe or spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Chill before serving.
