Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into a prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  6. Gradually add heavy cream and mix until thickened.
  7. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.
  9. Bake for an additional 25 minutes, then let cool before refrigerating.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
