- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; stir until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased springform pan and bake for 20 minutes.
