  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into a greased springform pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Slowly add in the caramel sauce and heavy cream, mixing until combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the partially baked brownie.
  8. Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until set.
  9. Let it cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
  • Top with additional caramel sauce before serving.
