2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup milk
1 cup biscuit mix
1 cup water
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, turkey bacon, mixed vegetables, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and milk.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the biscuit mix and water until just combined.
Dollop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
