  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add zucchini, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  4. Stir until well mixed and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes
