- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- ½ cup salsa
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ½ cup sour cream
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, salsa, taco seasoning, and half of the cheese.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, and add a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream and some shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Place the burrito seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
