- 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour half of the mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
