  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, ricotta, turkey bacon, and half of the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of the chicken mixture onto each lasagna noodle and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolls seam side down in a baking dish. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute cream with Greek yogurt in the Alfredo sauce.
  • These rolls can also be frozen before baking for a quick meal later.
