- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, ricotta, turkey bacon, and half of the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a layer of the chicken mixture onto each lasagna noodle and roll them up.
- Place the rolls seam side down in a baking dish. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute cream with Greek yogurt in the Alfredo sauce.
- These rolls can also be frozen before baking for a quick meal later.
