  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread some alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each noodle, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Top the rolls with remaining alfredo sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
