Chicken Spaghetti with Burrata and Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt to taste
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes; stir to combine.
  7. Return spaghetti and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat.
  8. Top with burrata cheese and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
  • For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with a dairy-free alternative.
