- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt to taste
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes; stir to combine.
- Return spaghetti and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat.
- Top with burrata cheese and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
