  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and layer the saltine crackers in a single row.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together, stirring constantly until bubbly.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the crackers, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top; let them melt.
