  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix the turkey bacon, cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, garlic, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
