  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
  5. In a separate small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together.
  6. Roll out dough, sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mix, then roll into a log.
  7. Slice the log into cookie shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool before drizzling with a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
