  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is lightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
