- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
