  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken thighs with Cajun seasoning. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Lower heat and mix in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and sliced chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
