- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream, cooking until thickened.
- Add cooked chicken, gnocchi, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a pie dish and cover with pie crust. Cut slits in the crust to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
