Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese and mix until creamy.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and fold in crumbled turkey bacon.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes
