Creamy Puff Pastry Quiche Lorraine

A delicious and creamy quiche made with puff pastry, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
  4. Add in the cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pastry shell.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
