Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

A deliciously creamy pasta salad with the flavors of deviled eggs, enhanced with turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, turkey bacon, and parsley.
  3. Fold in the cooked macaroni and mix until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
  • Can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter version.
