Easy Stuffed Bell Peppers

Delicious and easy-to-make stuffed bell peppers featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 200 grams turkey bacon, chopped
  • 150 grams chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in cooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and place them in a baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the filling.
  • You can use any color bell peppers you prefer.
