- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add the sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and chicken ham. Mix well.
- Push rice to the side and scramble the eggs in the empty space. Combine everything together.
- Fold in the green onions and turkey bacon.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken ham in soy sauce before adding it to the rice.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers, peas, or carrots.
