  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Remove bacon and set aside. In the same pot, add sliced onions and minced garlic, cooking until caramelized.
  4. Add the pot roast to the pot, browning on all sides.
