- 1 pound flank steak
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh corn, cooked
- 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season flank steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Grill steak for 6-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove steak and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine salad greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, and Gorgonzola.
- Slice the steak thinly and add on top of the salad.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
