  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove the patties and set aside.
  6. Add chopped onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  7. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  8. Bring to a simmer, then return the patties to the skillet.
  9. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
