Hash Brown Crust Bacon and Cheddar Quiche

A delicious quiche featuring a crispy hash brown crust filled with turkey bacon and cheddar cheese.

  • 3 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Press the hash browns into the bottom of a greased pie plate to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Stir in the turkey bacon and cheddar cheese, then pour the mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until the quiche is set.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
