- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
