  3. Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough, spread with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Roll up tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise again for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
