- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk (for frosting)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Allow it to foam for about 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla to the yeast mixture and stir to combine.
- In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
