  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, Italian herbs, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
