  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and tap to remove air bubbles.
  6. Add the mixed berries on top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set, then allow to cool.
  8. Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
