Lavender Hibiscus Iced Tea Mocktail

A delightful non-alcoholic beverage perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups ice
  • lavender sprigs for garnish
  • lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and lavender. Remove from heat and steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and stir in honey or agave syrup and lemon juice.
  4. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lavender sprigs and lemon slices.
