A delicious twist on classic mac and cheese featuring creamy turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same pan, add butter and flour to make a roux; gradually stir in milk.
  4. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Add cooked macaroni, chicken ham, and turkey bacon to the cheese sauce; mix well.
  6. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding breadcrumbs on top before baking.
