  • 1 tablespoon gelatin

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the mangoes.
  2. Puree the mangoes in a blender until smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with water and let it bloom for 5 minutes, then heat it gently until dissolved.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold the mango puree into the whipped cream gently.
  6. Add the dissolved gelatin to the mixture and stir well.
