  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, cheese, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until combined and form into a loaf shape.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
  5. While the meatloaf is baking, prepare your mashed potatoes.
  6. After the meatloaf is cooked, allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
