- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions, cooking until soft.
