  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of muffin tins to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and add chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top of the crust.
  6. In a small pot, heat the heavy cream until hot, then pour it over the chocolate chips.
  7. Allow it to sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the chocolate over the marshmallows and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes to melt the marshmallows.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  10. Once cool, remove from tins and serve.
