  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Stir in orzo, chicken broth, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 10 minutes.
