- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
