One Pot Creamy Tomato Pasta

  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add pasta, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth to the pot.
  3. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Cook pasta until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and chopped bacon.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
