  • 4 ounces chow mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add celery, cabbage, and garlic; stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper; mix well.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
